In this program we will follow the methodology that we use in the other programs, that is to say we carry out a very complete individual assessment that allows us to analyze and work afterwards with our clients and friends, making for them an optimal training and nutritional plan for their objectives and characteristics. It loses a bit of personalization as they are group of 2 or 4 people, although it earns fun and friendship. They are very pleasant and enjoyable workouts.
